These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods by Bakerellys. Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions of the this user agreement. By ordering from Bakerellys, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please note, these may be amended from time to time. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


It is your responsibility as the customer to check all details are correct upon confirmation of the order.

Images on this website are examples of our cakes and treats. All products are handmade and variations in colours, design elements will occur. THe images are for indicative purposes and cannot be recreated exactly. 


All cakes provided by Bakerellys will be presented as described and agreed with the customer. 


We will not be held responsible for any disappointment on the design of the cake when it has been made in agreement with the customers requirements and will face no liability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required two weeks before delivery/collection. 


Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payments through the website.


Please note until payment is made, you order is not booked in and the date is not reserved.

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, a 50% refund will be made to the customer if more than ten days notice is given. Any less than 10 days notice, no refund will be provided. 


If for any reason Bakerellys has to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.

All orders may be collected free of charge from Fareham. 


We accept no responsibility for any damage once the Delivery must be arranged at the time of the booking. It may not be possible to arrange this at a later date. If delivery is agreed, it will take place on the agreed date and time slot to the address provided, this again cannot be changed once booked in.


We accept no responsibility for any delays or damages caused by third party couriers or delivery systems. The items will be posted on the agreed date using the agreed postal service. Bakerellys is not liable for any consequential loss to the customer however this occurs.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to make changes to your order. Alterations must be submitted in writing. Where possible we will work together to make the alterations. Alterations are unlikely to be possible if requested less than a week before delivery/collection.

Bakerellys shall not be liable for any consequential loss to the customer whether this arises from a breach of contract or any other way. The total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Bakerellys to the customer.


If you are unhappy with your order, you must notify us within 6 hours of pick-of your concern and return your goods (minimum 95% of purchased goods) to us within a maximum of 12 hours from pickup. 


Please be aware that Bakerellys offer a bespoke service, each bake is handmade. Photographs are for general illustration and the final bake may vary. There may be colour differences in the chocolate and icing, different sprinkles, boards may be selected. Pictures are indicative of style and the final bake will fit to the theme but may appear different than the picture. When trying to colour match, it will be as close as possible but may not be identical.

All cakes should be stored at cool temperatures and out of direct sunlight on a flat surface. If the weather is too warm, cakes may need to be refrigerated. If they are, the cake should be taken out 1.5-2 hours before serving to come back to room temperature. Please note some ‘sweating’ may occur and this is unavoidable in high temperature. No preservatives or additives are used therefore cake should be treated as fresh food and consumed within 72 hours of the delivery/collection date. Chocolate covered items, cakesicles, cake gems etc have a longer storage life of 5-7 days however should be kept refrigerated.
